A space dedicated to Thai yoga massage training and treatments.
Rooted in Traditional Thai Massage, my approach is
trauma-informed and somatic.
It integrates elements of dynamic Thai and osteo-Thai to support deep release and regulation
through mindful touch and therapeutic presence.

Trainings and courses are offered at different levels, from introductory foundations to advanced practice.
Each course combines theory, hands-on learning, and mindful presence to support a deep understanding of the art of Thai Yoga Massage
Offerings include weekend immersions, advanced modules, practice days, and one-to-one mentoring sessions for personalised guidance.
Treatments
Each treatment I offer is fully tailored to the client's unique needs. No two sessions are ever the same. Every session is guided by attentive somatic listening and trauma-informed principles. My intention is to meet you exactly where you are, creating a safe, nurturing space for the body to reorganize and heal.
Pregnancy and Post-partum massage
Supportive bodywork sessions adapted to the changing needs of pregnancy and recovery after birth. Treatments are available from the second trimester onwards and are always tailored to the woman’s individual body and stage of pregnancy or post-partum healing. Home visits are available within a 30-minute distance - please get in touch to see if you are eligible.
Work with me
I offer Massage courses and workshops for studios, festivals, retreat centres, schools, and community spaces.
Trainings can be tailored to different levels, from introductory workshops to more in-depth courses, and adapted to the needs of the group.
I also collaborate with companies and organizations to provide on-site Thai massage sessions for employees, supporting wellbeing and stress reduction in the workplace. Sessions can be offered as part of wellness days, team events, or ongoing staff support.
